The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be provided.
- Exchanges are subject to item availability. If the desired item is not available, store credit may be offered at our discretion.
Cancellation
Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.
We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
